10 minute HIIT workout

Fabulous50s is a Youtube channel that I discovered through an Aunt’s recommendation when I was recovering from chronic pain. The movements are gentle and low impact but still enough to get your heart pumping. As far as I’m concerned, you do not need to be in your 50s to enjoy these fun workouts! This is one fun, easy at home workout to try today.

Perfect for: beginners of all ages, those recovering from chronic illness or knee injuries, women over 50
Try if: you don’t have much time and want to start by just getting your body moving


Caleb Marshall Dance Workouts (aka the best way to have fun and workout at home)

Dance workouts are a fun way to keep yourself entertained while getting your blood pumping and it especially helps when you love the music you are dancing to. There are so many dance workouts on YouTube, but one of my favourites is the Woman Like Me workout by Caleb Marshall. It’s so important to listen to music from an artist that you love so if you need to search for a Taylor Swift workout – do it!

Perfect for: dancers of any ability or anyone who has an interest in dance

Try if: you don’t like going to the gym and need something a little more fun to keep you interested


Pilates (or in this case – Miyagi-lates)

It’s amazing what people come up with these days. If you watch the show Cobra Kai on Netflix, this one’s for you.

Perfect for: Cobra Kai fans, people who have a more advanced level of fitness, pilates lovers

Try if: you are looking for a challenge and a longer workout


At home Chloe Ting workouts

Chloe Ting is one of the workout queens of YouTube, and for very good reason. Her workouts are easily adaptable to people of all fitness levels and lead to really great weight loss results. Not to mention, they aren’t boring!

Perfect for: those who are looking for weight loss

Try if: you are willing to put in the work and push through your comfort zone


Intense (but still fun) cardio with GrowwithJo

GrowwithJo may be best know for her 60 minute walking workouts. She is the proof that you can lose weight and feel great just from walking!

Perfect for: people who require low impact exercise, people who live in a rainy or cold climate and can’t go for walks outdoors

Try if: you are looking for a longer but more slow paced workout
